DescriptionWant to learn about the Revolutionary War while going for a run or walk through one of the most beautiful areas in Greater Boston? Yes? Then Minute Man Park in Concord, MA is the place to be! This gently rolling finely crushed gravel trail takes you through gorgeous woods, amazing farm fields, precious wetlands, and tells the story of the opening battles of the Revolution along the way. Historic landmarks decorate the trail from information plaques to beautifully preserved Revelation-era buildings and houses. Afterwards, head over into the sweet town of Concord for a fun meal at one of the restaurants, or grab a tasty ice cream treat at one of the homemade ice cream shops to cool you down. A place not to miss out on! This is one my favorite places to run. Out and back on the entire trial is about 7-10 miles. Find out more, including a trail map, at http://www.nps.gov/mima/index.htm. Have fun!
