DescriptionTrail starts at Bulow Creek State Park, located adjacent to the Ormond Scenic Loop. The 7-mile Bulow Woods Trail takes runners, walkers and hikers to Bulow Plantation Ruins where you can stop for a break and overlook the waterway. Soft dirt foot path, the entire trail takes you through an expansive oak canopy and into open marsh land. Some areas do flood during heavy rains. The bug factor is low in winter, but repellent may still be required.

View wildlife such as deer, hawks, owls and raccoons along the path - it is an untouched and primitive park/trail landscape in the interior areas. Restrooms and water available at Fairchild Oak, in the parking lot of Bulow Creek State Park. There are no lights, ranger stations or cellular phone/wi-fi service(s), so travel on the trail with safety in mind and skip the headphones or earbuds.
