DescriptionTymon Park is essentially a large collection of playing fields, but also has a paved paths around the park and some small areas of trail through wooded areas. The variety of routes that can be taken around the park are almost endless. The park is mostly flat, with a few small rises. There are sections of the park at both sides of the M50 motorway, which are linked by footbridges at the south and the north. This would be an ideal place for racewalkers to train, and also suitable for flat grass efforts. The park links with sections of the Dodder Valley Park, and is not far from Bushy Park in Rathfarnham
