DescriptionBeautiful trails about 35 minutes outside of Dayton. When I am in town for work I try to make it out here for a run.
You can access the trails from any of the parking lots in the park, or neighboring Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve. It is a very pretty ~2.5 miles from one end to the other along the river, with multiple trail options so you can do multiple loops without too much monotony. There are some technical sections, especially on the South side of the river, and plenty of pretty views.

There is a multi-use / mountain bike loop on the north side of the river. The river trails do not allow bikes.

Dogs are allowed in the State Park, but NOT in the Nature Preserve. The boundary is about halfway down the trail and is marked.
