DescriptionBeautiful single-track trail through one of the park's canyons. Relatively flat, good footing. Can be done as an out & back or connect w/Rattlesnake Flats Trail or Oats Peak Trail for loops of varying lengths. Parts of the trail were affected by a relatively recent wildfire. Pretty quiet trail, lots of wildlife. No cell signal.

  • directiobs were wrong on this. Ended up in a neighborhood. Lat is 15.263' long is 53.083'. This is the lat/long of the first bridge on the run, but should get you to the parking lot of the trailhead. Beautiful run. Kept thinking to myself...feels like I'm running through a secret garden. Not much for scenery(you're kind of tunneled in with all the vegetation) but perfect to get in that zone and just go. Would definitely do it again. ( by astacker on 2015-09-23 )
